So I have been reading about lucid dreaming, and have been attempting to “wake up” during dreams. I just started, and haven’t have any success yet. I’ve tried Dream Leaf along with WILD technique, however I have not yet to master WILD, because I would just fall back asleep whenever I try doing WILD.
According to Dream Leaf’s customer service, I shouldn’t take Dream Leaf for more than 3 times a week, to prevent my body from building up tolerance against the pills. So while I am off Dream Leaf, I would take 9 mg of melatonin after 4 hours of sleep to keep my dreams vivid. Melatonin works well on keeping dreams vivid, and that’s a factor to increase chances of lucid dreaming. Although I still don’t have my first lucid dream.
